Apocom Kitchen is in partnership with Comic Relief to host free hands-on culinary classes. The aim of our culinary classes is to promote African cuisine within the Glasgow community as well as to help empower the BAME community.

These culinary classes will teach individuals hands-on skills and techniques on how to prepare the most delicate African meals, like; The famous Nigerian Jollof Rice, Okra, Efo-riro, Egusi, Vegetable soups, and much more.

Because of the covid restrictions at the present time, a number of classes will be held online as a webinar, however, we will be having practical hands-on classes in the future while complying with the government guidelines on covid restrictions.
